How long will my order take to get here?
We typically ship all orders within 2-4 business days. Engraved products and metal art usually take 5-8 working days. Once dispatched, shipping times are as follows:
USA - 2-5 business days
Canada - 3-10 business days
Europe - 2-5 business days
Australia/NZ - 5-10 business days
Rest of the World - 5-20 business days
Which carrier do you use?
We use USPS and Landmark Global. For countries outside Europe and the USA, your local courier will handle the package once it enters your country.
I haven't received my order!
We usually exceed shipping times so this is very rare! Contact us with your order number either in the chat or email at hello@littlegiftery.com and we'll help you track your order
I want to cancel/change my order!
It's possible but only in the first 6-8 hours after placing your order. After that, most orders are in production. For confirmation, contact us ASAP via chat or hello@littlegiftery.com
My order arrived damaged/is wrong!
This happens maaaaybe 0.4% of the time but we understand how frustrating it can be! Contact us ASAP with a photo showing the issue and we'll offer an immediate replacement or refund
